Schenker Technologies GmbH is founded in 2002 by Robert Schenker as an owner-managed sole proprietorship under the name “Schenker Notebooks” in Leipzig, Germany. After the beginnings as an Ebay store, the independent online store mySN.de goes online in 2004.
In 2009, the company introduces its first own brand XMG (
Extreme Multimedia & Gaming
), which quickly became an insider tip in the gaming scene and is now in direct competition with the global players in the industry.
2013 will see the presentation of the second own brand, SCHENKER, to meet the growing demand for high-performance, mobile workstations for professional users.
From 2014, desktop computers will complement the product range and Schenker Technologies will begin to focus on the promising virtual reality industry with a specially tailored product range. For example, XMG will launch the first VR backpack PC, the XMG WALKER, in 2016. Schenker Technologies has been growing steadily for 20 years, and its products are now sold throughout Europe.
